Double glazing is available for most of the range in three standards. They provide much better levels of heat and sound insulation than single-glazed glass or perspex found in lower-grade products. 

When making your choice on glazing and wall thickness, consider its usage. What time of year are you wanting to use it? If planning a summer house with somewhere to store your garden furniture, a thinner wall with standard glazing will suffice. 

To the other end of the scale, a thicker wall with premium glazing makes far more sense. It’s also important to take into consideration your location, as Southern counties generally have milder winters than those north of the Midlands>

Lead time on delivery varies according to the demand of the factory. Springtime is our busiest time, and lead times can vary from 6–8 weeks. For the most part, we can have your garden office manufactured and brought to the UK warehouse and ready for distribution within 1–2 weeks.

We use a UK specialist operator for distribution in the UK. Depending on where you are located in relation to their hub in Leicester, the wait can be one or two weeks. This will vary according to seasonal demands.

Our kits do not include screws for base bearers, door or window frames, or nails for roof and floorboards. Weatherproof coverings, like roof shingles or EPDM rubber roof materials, are also not included. These can be purchased as an optional item to ensure a durable and fully insulated garden office.
