To install the York 4x3 Log Cabin onto a prepared base will cost £635.00
This rate is available throughout the UK with a supplement being paid for locations north of Glasgow. Please contact the office for a quotation in these areas.
Should you choose this option, a £30.00 retainer will be added to the cart with the balance amount shown in the narrative. The balance payment for installation is paid directly to the installers on completion of the build.
Terms of Installation
You will need to provision a prepared base, this must be firm, level and stable. If the installation team are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, further charges may be made for rectification work in order to proceed with installation. At worse, the installation may have to be postponed, with a chargeable fee of 30% of original costs for a second visit. By agreeing to installation you accept these terms.
Due to scheduling it may not be possible to coincide delivery and installation on the same day, but generally, installation is carried out within a few days of delivery.
The installation team will require access to 240v power supply. Extension leads will be provided.
Guarantee - 12 months on workmanship.
All packaging will be left in a tidy state but disposal is the responsibility of the customer.
Important - All fees associated with installation are paid directly to the installation team. As such your contract is between yourself and the contractor

We have a 44mm, standard double glazing kit available for immediate despatch from the factory. The next lorry leaving for the UK is on Friday

Log ends are square cut with no chamfer.
All glazing supplied as plain glass to give a contemporary, modern feel to the cabins. Georgian bars are supplied with the kit for the doors and windows. These can be applied over the glazing if required.

Felt Shingles - £406.00
The price above will provision enough felt shingles to cover the roof with some to spare if laid correctly
Felt shingles are available in four colours - Green / Grey / Red / Black.
Standard packs are 1000mm x 330mm and each pack contains 21 pieces.
Ridge and starter row tiles are 1000mm x 250mm and each pack contains 20 pieces covering up to 20 linear metres to line the roof edge or 12 linear metres of overlapped ridge. Note : Not all colours are available as Ridge and Starter tiles, in which case enough standard shingles will be supplied to use for this purpose.
Shingles packs will cover 3square metres if laid correctly and require a minimum 11 degree roof pitch
