This is a classic case of, "we love the Grande cabin, but it doesn't quite suit our needs"
The situation was simple - an aging cabin that was installed at the same time as the swimming pool some 30 years ago - time has not been kind and it was due for a change and replaced with a newer version. The building was used pool side to provide a changing facility but also to house the plant that ran the pool and kept it clean from debris and the water in good shape.
The style of the Grande was ideal, the size options were also ideal and the 5x3 would sit straight onto the existing concrete base, but this is where we needed to customise. The original pool plant was located in a submerged pit. The owner wanted this to be re-homed on ground level, but did not want it to be on view. We agreed that a simple floor to ceiling screen would do the trick hiding the rather unsightly pump and filter whilst maintaining a nice feel to the remainder of the cabin.
So, should you have a requirement that you cannot find an "off the shelf" solution to, please contact the office to further discuss what would be your ideal log cabin, I'm sure our design office will be able to find a sensible solution in a bespoke cabin at a sensible price. Call the office now !
