Absolutely delighted with my grande log cabin. Building it was very straightforward. The guides on the website are excellent and give step by step instructions which are very clear. The cabin comes packaged extremely well. Martin was superb to deal with and kept me constantly updated with the status of my order. During a challenging time getting timber this was much appreciated. Would recommend this company to anyone considering getting a log cabin as they were fantastic.

The cabin is excellent and was worth waiting for. It was a big wait I guess due to COVID-19 but service was very prompt. and excellent. Would recommend it definitely. Finally, you do need to paint it yourself if you want it in colour.

Worth the wait! After a 6 month wait that was beyond Martin's control (Brexit, Covid, lack of HGV drivers, forest fires etc) the cabin arrived. The delivery lady was excellent in unloading it from the lorry and it was assembled quickly, cleanly and efficiently the very next day by the approved installers. We managed to get a coat of preservative on the cabin before any rain came too. The cabin looks great and is very solidly built. Our only gripe is that we paid extra for Georgian bar windows and what we got were thin wooden strips across the window in the shape of a cross that you can put your hands behind, as they're not touching the glass. From a distance this might not be noticed, but in the illustration we saw when we ordered the cabin, the windows had separate divisions to make them look Georgian. The extra £155 or whatever it was, was not really worth the extra cost just to look like faux Georgian bars, though this may be down to the cabin builders and beyond Martin's control, so weigh this extra cost up when ordering. However, the windows still look nice. Either way, we love the cabin and look forward to using it. Martin kept us informed of progress along the way, in what were unprecedented times for demand for cabins and outside office space. I am happy to recommend Garden Adventure cabins and only wish we had the space for another cabin!

Delivery delayed but out of Garden Adventures hands. Delivery itself was excellent. Only issue was a cracked window which I'm waiting on replacement. Overall, communication, and the product itself was great. Very happy with my new cabin.

We're really pleased with our log cabin. Good quality kits and easy to put together. We were missing some parts but Martin was very apologetic and quicky resolved the issue by sending us spares. Polite friendly and helpful. Thankyou

Great experience! Log cabin was meant to be delivered in Aug but was delayed until Oct. This was due covid. Communication was very good. My log cabin is now up and looks great. Even had a few spare cut offs to start bar.

Even before I ordered my log cabin I had great communication from Martin, and that continued all the way through to delivery and beyond. Martin always answered my questions very promptly and the kit arrived on time and was very well packaged. The cabin itself is amazing, it went up in no time at all (my 14 year old and I put it together, having had no previous experience) and we couldn't be happier with it. We are just waiting a few days for the weather to warm up so we can glue the rubber roof on and finish up the fascia, but it's looking amazing already. I'd highly recommend this company!
