A London landlord is advertising a three-bedroom 'gorgeous immaculate log cabin’ with a £1,500-a-month rent. According to the advert, the ‘designer’ cabin in Muswell Hill is a sunlight trap, with ample storage, a smart TV and Freeview, an ‘interesting’ layout, and free parking.

The Mirror reports that the landlord is wanting someone to move in by the end of August, and suggests moving in with two friends to split the rent three-ways, making it £616 per room.

Log Cabin On A Budget

The log cabin, near Highgate Station, has an outdoor terrace with a table and two chairs, ideal for summer BBQs. The landlord says the three-bedroom cabin can sleep four in the advert which describes the property as an 'immaculate designer log cabin’.

It comes with underfloor heating, a small, but well-equipped kitchen, and a new shower room. Short-term renters will be considered but smokers and pet owners need not apply

The cabin is in a large well-kept garden, with a private entrance, a ‘short bus ride’ from Highgate Station in north London.

The landlord describes one of the bedrooms as a 'charming and magical mezzanine sleeping area’. 'Wake up to the smell of pine and the birds singing,' the advert says.

The rent includes all bills, wifi and free parking.

With a single bedroom in London costing renters upward of £700-a-month, this sounds like an ideal opportunity for two or three friends to rent out!

What would you do with your multi-room log cabin? Keep it as your private retreat, or rent it out on Airbnb?
